How to prepare
β¦Ύ All players require a microphone to participate in sessions, along with a Discord account. β¦Ύ Rules research is not required but encouraged. β¦Ύ A free D&D account
What I provide
β¦Ύ We utilize a Discord server for my games and we'll be using it to communicate along with sharing world details, lore, and other campaign info throughout the week. β¦Ύ We will be using 2D Maps using Owlbear Rodeo. These Maps will either be provided from the book or created by me with Dungeon Alchemist. I will be going over how to use Owlbear Rodeo during Session Zero. β¦Ύ I will be providing music and ambiance through a discord bot while running each session. β¦Ύ And finally, my passion for creating an immersive world for everyone and working together to make this an epic adventure.

How will character creation work
We will make characters together during our Session Zero, along with doing a short trial combat so everyone can get comfortable with their build. If you feel comfortable, feel free to make your own character beforehand, using either the "4d6 drop lowest" or "point buy systems", just let me know which you are going with before you build! Here are some other general rules when it comes to character creation: β I allow any race from the https://www.dndbeyond.com/races β All races will be allowed to switch their normal Ability Score Increase to instead increase one ability score by 2 and increase a different one by 1, or increase three different scores by 1. β Any class from the Player's Handbook (subclasses from the other books are accepted as well.) Artificers are allowed with slight modifiers, for balancing, which will be discussed beforehand. β All basic weapons and items will come from your background. Additional items will be given at my discretion, but feel free to let me know any you are interested in.
