About the adventure
An old professor invites you to his cabin for the evening. A doctor fallen on hard times calls you frantic and raving, begging for your help. A family farm has become a distillery for a batch of moonshine that's poisoning locals. This is a series of 1 shots containing 3 investigations that will keep you on the edge of your seats from start to finish. The horrors abound but you must act quickly. It's up to you to stop the monstrous things lurking in the shadows before they reach the light of day, there's no time to scream. Creating your character
This game will use pre-made characters the stats are in place but you can feel free to bring life to the character and make changes to their appearance personality and other narrative focused details.
It was supposed to be a fun social evening with the professor and some new friends. It doesn't take long for things to start feeling off. What secrets are being kept from you? They can't be that horrific, right?

We’ll be playing this game using the VTT Alchemy it’s enhanced for theatre of the kind style game play. We’ll use a module that was designed for this platform that will help immerse you into the game.

How Mike_d20 creates a safe table
We'll have a brief session 0 where you can pick your characters and learn how to use the tools within Alchemy to play Call of Cthulhu. We'll also go over the basics of the rules and how a few key mechanics work. Alchemy makes it very easy to use the X card we'll review this before any sessions start. All sessions will include a short break especially after more intense moments; players can also call for breaks whenever needed. I also have an open door policy so players are welcome and encouraged to reach out to me about any issues at all.
