Creating your character

I will have pregenerated characters available for you to use! If you want to make your own, please send me a link to your D&D Beyond character at least 24 hours before the start of the session. You will need a level 7 character with the following specs. - Please turn off all of the partnered content (no Critical Role, no Drakkenheim, etc.) - Please also turn off Legacy, Homebrew, and Expanded Rules. - For Ability Scores: Feel free to use the Heroic Array for your ability scores: 17, 16, 15, 14, 12, 10. If you don't like those, you can always roll on D&D Beyond! - Inventory: You can start with 2 common minor magic items, 2 uncommon minor magic items, 1 rare minor magic item, 1 uncommon major item

Preparing for the session

What Isaac brings to the table

No matter your experience level, I set a welcoming, inviting tone at my games. Your questions are good, your baggage from your last game is not too much, your experience matters to me! Pull up a chair, friend. I have a Master Tier D&D Beyond account and a Pro Roll20 account. All the sourcebooks you need will be available to you online through my accounts. I’m a musician and an artist at heart, so I love incorporating graphic design elements, musical soundtracks and ambient noise, beautiful maps, and character art to enhance the experience of the game. I think the biggest thing I bring to the table is a flair for the dramatic. I was a musical theater kid in high school. Character voices. Storytelling. High drama. Heartrending conflict. This is the stuff I like. Very much.

How Isaac creates a safe table

- We will use the deck of player safety to do a real quick lines and veils at the beginning. - We use a digital X-card system. If you are ever uncomfortable with the content, click the X-card, and we will pivot, no questions asked! - We will take a 10 minute break about halfway through the session.
