Amazing GM, enjoy the storytelling and going through the game as if we were in person together playing.

I had a larger group (6) that was all fairly new if not completely new to DnD! Darren made us the perfect game for our time slot and experience level. With puzzles and obstacles and enemies to fight, there was no shortage of creativity. We all had so much fun and couldn’t recommend Darren more. He’s so experienced and a wonderful person to guide you through your game. Definitely will be booking with him again. 11/10!

Darren provided an amazing session with a tense but fun one-shot; with a balance between roleplay and combat. The combat was challenging, but not unfairly so, and allowed for the party to naturally develop creative solutions throughout. The story had a great hook that truly made you want to learn more and take your time to strategize as opposed to running in blind. Certainly look forward to sitting at Darren's table again soon when I have another opportunity.

This wasn’t just a static one-shot—it was a true choose-your-own-adventure, where our choices genuinely shaped the story. Every decision felt meaningful, and the mystery kept us engaged from start to finish. The pacing was great, the combat was exciting, and the roleplaying opportunities made the world feel alive and reactive. Whether it was unraveling the ship’s mystery, making tough calls, or navigating unexpected twists, it always felt like we were in control of our fate. 🔥 Highly recommend this DM to anyone looking for an immersive and well-run game! Would 100% play again!
