How to prepare
Players will need at least a microphone and headset/speakers as our primary means of communication will be Discord. Cameras are welcome, but not necessary. If you've never played DND before and don't really know or barely know the mechanics, great! We're more than happy to go as slow or fast as we need to make sure that you learn as we go. If you know the rules and have played before, great! We learn best from each other.

How will character creation work
We will discuss character creation at Session 0. Players can have an idea of the type of character that they'd like to play, but do not actually have to make one until we discuss them. Character creation is limited to the following source books: Player's Handbook 2014, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Also, please remember that this is a collaborative storytelling game where we work together to complete the module and tell a unique story of it along the way. That works for everyone when we get along and work together!
