About the adventure
The village of Palma Flora is known for its vibrant green foliage, its competitive shark-hunting tournaments, and a sweet cocktail that shares the village’s name. Lurking in the Sharkfeather Abyss, an ocean trench just west of the village, is a small clan of some dozen sahuagin that has grown weary of the shark hunters of Palma Flora. Year after year, the sea devils have attacked the shark hunters in an effort to spoil the tournaments, but their small numbers have seen them consistently defeated by the hunters and the village’s hired mercenaries. However, things have recently changed. This campaign will start with the Critical role adventure "Tide of Retribution" a level 1-3 adventure, with potential to continue playing for the full breadth of a campaign. This game is intended for new players! While you do not have to be familiar with critical role or their adventures, actualplay fans are more than welcome!

“Theater of the Mind” uses little to no visuals for scene settings and combat. Instead, the narrative imagery comes from the Game Master’s descriptions and character action and movement comes from Players’ descriptions.

How to prepare
A laptop or tablet with a solid internet connection should suffice, i tend to run on discord so VC can be done with little more than a phone :)
What I provide
I have most sourcebooks on dnd beyond so you all can get by with nothing more than a free account; additionally, I use owlbear rodeo for maps and mood so all you will need is a stable internet connection.
Gameplay details
Players can expect a lot of freedom, I use a couple of house rules involving character creation, all of which can be found under the #laws channel in our server. Additionally, Lines and veils are important and will be established during session zero so that old and new players alike can ease into this hectic world of magic and mayhem.
