About the adventure
The ruins of Rusthenge have stood silent vigil over the southern coastline of Chakikoth Isle for eons, dating back to the era of the runelords of ancient Thassilon. The town of Iron Harbor was built in Rusthenge's shadow, but now that New Thassilon has risen from the depths of the distant past, the old ruins are coming under unexpected scrutiny. Something sinister is afoot in Rusthenge, and it falls to a brand new band of adventurers to learn the truth of the ancient evil that stirs deep within its long-abandoned halls! The Path then leads to Sandpoint! The town of Sandpoint has seen more than its fair share of danger and trouble over the years, including harrowing fires, prolific serial killers, goblin raids, and attacks by giants and dragons, but what faces the so-called Light of the Lost Coast now is its greatest threat yet! Something sinister has been manipulating events all along, and now a new band of heroes must step in to save this legendary small town from seven deadly dooms! NOTE: We just recently lost a player due to IRL issues... This game has moved from Rusthenge ... Through Seven Dooms of Sandpoint and is now well into Curtain Call. The players are at 18th level!

Meet the Game Master
About me
I suppose most of us here have always been drawn to tales of adventure and heroism... Maybe we would hang out with people who could make us smile with just a few words... I am sure you did to. So, now I hope that we can get together to tell many more great stories. As a kid I started with AD&D and now, 30ish years later someone finally tells me I could get more than just free pizza as a GM so... lets have some fun tonite! The spirit of those stories, is embodied in all of us and with the growth of Technology and many new great Campaigns, we can explore together so many wonderful worlds. Recently, I have spent most of my time in Golaria (Pathfinder) and the planets surrounding the Space Station Absalom (Starfinder). Now I hope we can spend some time to travel these worlds together.

Creating your character
We will have a Discord Channel to discus player creation as players sign up. We will use all Common Options from all currently available books and if you wish to discuss Uncommon and Rare Options they will probably be approved (Any Uncommon and Rare Options available through ACP at character creation will be Approved and the good news is it will not cost ACP). I also allow many Battlezoo Ancestries (the ones available are listed on the Discord).
Free Archetype will be used for this AP.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A basic knowledge of Pathfinder is needed. I will have blank sheets on Foundry VTT, although if you want to create and import characters you can do that also. Reading the Dooms of Sandpoint Players Guide will be helpful: as you can choose Backgrounds from this. https://downloads.paizo.com/SevenDoomsforSandpoint_PlayersGuide.pdf
What GM The Gnome brings to the table
I have Foundry set up with all the maps and sheets and Dice. The Compendium will be open (so drag and drop will be available!)

How GM The Gnome creates a safe table
This Adventure Path is meant to be a high magic exciting adventure, full of danger and growth, not an analysis of, or mirror for real-world matters of social issues. Nonetheless, you and your friends might not enjoy the situations or conversations that arise as a result of your unusual roles in this campaign. Remember that a fun game involves enthusiastic consent from everyone at the table, especially when discussing or roleplaying themes that might closely resemble sensitive issues from the not-so-simple real world. What one person might consider an opportunity to discuss real-life ethical dilemmas might be an upsetting or traumatic situation for another. Feel free to voice your concerns as needed (and private avenues are available too). XCards and Lines and Veils will be used and set up in the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aazeY5gHZ74
