About me
Hello there! I am Tyson Fraleigh, and I am here to make sure your next game is one for the ages. I have been a Dungeon Master/Game Master for ten years, and I have been professionally playing for three years. I have led over a dozen campaigns start to finish, leaving my players with unique and heartfelt stories to brag to their friends about. As an improviser, actor, and professional writer, I know what it takes to make a great story. I have studied for years how to make adventures exhilarating and characters dynamic. With some curated music, handcrafted maps, and an open mind to wild shenanigans, I will lead you on a campaign you never thought possible.

Tyson is perhaps one of the best DMs that I have encountered since I started on Start Playing. Not only are the welcoming to everyone, but they are super helpful for beginners. I and a group of friends wanted to start playing the Vecna campaign that came out and oh boy did they deliver! Wonderful voices, great music to match the occasion, and allows for creativity for the player. I could write an entire thesis on why Tyson is one of the best DMs but I am limited by my review word count! I do not regret one moment that I decided to go with Tyson. They are the ultimate person to run your campaign. If you have any doubt, don't!
From tonight: "We spent 20 dollars, found a tower, ate beans, fished a dude bro worm out of a river and made a friend. 10/10 would bean again." - Chains of Asmodeus game. Honestly, I play with a shit ton of DMs but this guy is insanely good and serious when he needs to be and is VERY good his job but the insanity factor when it's needed is ridiculous. We all stayed and laughed after this particular session for about an hour. Immersive and well voice and physically acted out characters but....D&D is D&D and sometimes you spend a whole session taking a short rest, fishing a lemure with a daddy complex out of the river Styx, and your npc priest decides to be obsessed with a can of beans. 110/10 best DM ever, 100% commits to the bit, and is pure yes and in the improv. I don't think I've ever had more fun.
Tyson was the first DM I played with in years. I was pretty unfamiliar with the mechanics, a tad nervous about throwing myself in the roleplaying mindset, not to mention I was jumping in a game that had already started. Tyson was super helfpul and approachable, answering all of my questions and making sure I was ready for what turned out to be a really fun game with a real fun and friendly squad. I raged and threw a shark! 10/10 am Tysoning again
I'm not being hyperbolic when I say Ty is the best GM ever to the point where I can't even think about being in a game where someone else is the GM. Ty paints the worlds like a picture you can easily see in your mind, and is incredibly engaging. They use different fun voices and they are very patient with beginner players. One of my favorite things about Ty is that they are mindful of self-care for their players after incidents happen in game (ie character death). I'm a little quiet but Ty's games have made me want to role play in a way no other GM has, so I highly recommend them.

What Tyson brings to the table
As a voice actor and theatre performer, I have numerous voices and characters to throw at you. I blend the serious with the humorous so that player characters will have a blend of hilarity and terror during their experience. We will go over the table's preferred rules and regulations at the session zero. I will also give players the chance to fill out Google Form anonymously if players would like to tell me about any content restrictions they have that they do not feel comfortable talking about with the group.
