About the adventure
Hi! I am excited to DM a session that will be fun for both new and experienced players! We will be playing Chapter 4 of Dragons of Stormwreck Isle in the asynchronous play-by-post format. You don't need to have been present for Chapters 1-3! This will be a fun, casual experience equally perfect for beginners or players who are looking for an fun campaign to stretch their D&D and roleplaying skills. I'm looking forward to smooth, friendly sessions and a highly enjoyable gaming experience!

About me
I have been involved with role-playing games and the fantasy genre for over 30 years. When my brother and I were kids, we'd create adventures to play as we laid in our beds in our shared bedroom, our imaginations and some dice our only tools as I would GM adventures through detailed descriptions of worlds we'd bring alive as we went. Gaming has remained at the forefront of finding moments of respite from a stressful career and maintaining lifelong friendships despite the challenges of time and distance.

Creating your character
We will create characters using D&D Beyond. You can roll your stats using !randchar in the #bot-spam channel of your assigned table.
$ Payment will be collected every Wednesday at 4:30 pm CST. THIS CAMPAIGN IS A WEEKLY PLAY-BY-POST. Play is done asynchronously on Discord using D&D Beyond integration, Avrae Bot, and Tupperware Bot. This campaign is slower than my usual PbP groups by design, as current players in this group seem to prefer a slower pace to the game. I will bring the Player Handbook on D&D Beyond and the modules needed for this adventure. We aim to have a good time. We will collaboratively create an epic adventure story in a roleplay-only channel while out of character chat and dice-rolling take place in separate channels. "Session 0" is from moment of joining until you have created your character and are ready to play. We are starting as if we have finished the SeaGrow Caves and the Cursed Shipwreck, reached level 3, and are in the final chapter of this adventure. This is a great time to join us and help decide what comes next in the campaign!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a free Discord account and a free D&D Beyond account. The more familiar you are with the basic rules, the smoother our session will start, but I am prepared for complete beginners. Come new and green and we'll make a veteran out of you yet! Experienced players are absolutely welcome as well!
What Judious brings to the table
I will provide the Discord Server and my D&D Beyond account which includes shared source books and other materials necessary for the campaign we are playing.
