About the adventure
The Queen of Chaos is on the rise and it is your job to stop her! Your party has been brought into the eternal struggle between order and chaos. That struggle has brought you to the number 1 magical college in all of Faerun to collect the 3rd piece of the Wand of 7 Parts, the Locket of Fabrication. Will you sweet talk your way to your goal, swindle some poor sap, or be forced to complete the deadly Trials of the Worthy?

I've had a passion for storytelling since I was little. DnD has been a great outlet for that passion. I'm new to being a DM but I live by a few rules learned through being a player: 1. Creating your character
Create a Level 5 character. Use only DnD 5e content, so not MTG, Critical Role, or Rick and Morty content. Character stats will be selected via the Point Buy method. Take an additional feat at level one. Characters may have one common magic item, however exceptions can be made for role playing purposes, DM me if you want to pick up something greater than common!

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a Discord account with some way of using voice chat! No cameras are required. I will be on camera if anyone else is but you are under no obligation to do the same!
What Goldsmith brings to the table
The game will be ran through my Discord channel, the link will be sent to each player upon booking. Roll20 will be used for combat encounters, although some encounters may be theater of the mind depending on player choices. If you have character art, provide in via DM in Discord. DnD Beyond is encouraged for character creation, but not required. Players are required to share their character via DnD Beyond or with a PDF prior to beginning the session. I'm a big believer in the rule of cool! I want my players to have fun, especially in a one shot. That said, given sound reasoning, you can probably get away with more than you would in a regular campaign in this one shot!

How Goldsmith creates a safe table
Prior to the start of the game, the DM will review the tables rules, to include the anti-harassment policy. During the game a red, yellow, and green light system will be in place. Any content that a player wishes to cease will be stopped immediately upon request.
