About the adventure
This is a cannabis and alcohol friendly game. Let's take a trip to Sigil, the City of Doors, a place where you can make any dream come true - money, knowledge, love, vengeance. But it's never easy to navigate the City's dangers. Are you a smooth-talking scoundrel with all the right connections? Do you hob nob among the leaders of powerful factions and guilds? Or maybe you're a planar explorer, wondering the bizarre realms of the Outlands. Or maybe a Holy warrior sword to defend the cosmos against ancient threats that lurk in the shadows. The multiverse is infinite, and so are the possibilities. This will be a weekly game. Skipped sessions will be rare, with as much notice as possible when it does happen. This is intended to be a long-running campaign reaching at least the upper teens, very likely hitting level 20. This is a late night game and will run for about 3 hours each night. Every Wednesday from 9:00 PM to Midnight Pacific Time. 2024 rules. As of March 30, 2025 group is level 14 and consists of Human Divine Sorcerer/Arcana Cleric, Deep Gnome Abjurer Wizard/Cleric, Deep Gnome Gloomstalker Ranger/Dreams Druid, Half-Elf Watcher Paladin, and Soratami (Moonfolk) BattleSmith Artificer. Based on Session Zero discussion, for this game we would prefer no evil characters or over-the-top joke characters.

How to prepare
Your #1 priority is to have a working microphone, headset, and a stable internet connection. If you have those, I am always happy to help you through everything else. You will need access to Discord for voice chat. This can be on your computer or mobile device. Video chat is optional. You will need free accounts on dndbeyond.com and roll20.net. If possible, I strongly recommend (but do not require) you also install the browser extension, "Beyond20" which will make your life much easier by letting you use DnD Beyond, Roll20, and Discord together. If you need help getting any of these set up, please contact me and I will be glad to help you out.
What I provide
I will be providing a private Discord server, virtual maps and tokens via Roll20, and all D&D sourcebooks, which I can share with you on dndbeyond.com.
Gameplay details
Gameplay will lean toward combat and exploration. There will be a moderate amount of RP as well. There will be very few puzzles, riddles, etc. Most content will be PG-13. Language may get R-rated at times. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, those with special needs, and anyone who has ever felt bullied or excluded is welcome at my table.

How will character creation work
Character Sheets will be hosted on DND Beyond. You may use any official, published D&D material. No Unearthed Arcana or homebrew without prior approval. Use either Point Buy or Standard Array for abilities. Based on Session Zero discussion, for this game we would prefer no evil characters or over-the-top joke characters. If you prefer to use Roll20 exclusively, you may but you will not have access to my compendium, which is hosted on DnD Beyond. You may create a character ahead of time, but please be prepared to make changes at your first session.
