But when the flames come to your doorstep, when your home and all you hold dear is in danger, when there is no one else who will stand... Will you answer the call? Creating your character
I will be hosting a session 0 to get to know everyone and build your characters. Characters will be starting at level 1. On request, pre-generated characters are available, but session 0 will still be a great help. The campaign will be set in in the Humblewood campaign setting, as such, only character races from the setting are allowed. I will provide a link to the setting book upon your entry. If you are to read the book, please refrain from reading anything beyond chapter 3 If there is a species of creature that is not featured in the book but you would like to play, I can work with you to either re-flavor an existing race or create a new one.

Preparing for the session
A decent microphone is a must. After that, you'll need a Roll20 and a Discord account, both are free! Lastly, reading chapter 1 of the setting book will give you a better understanding of the setting and feel of the wood's denizens.

How Jam The Bard creates a safe table
Roleplay and exploration are main stays of the campaign, with frequent bouts of combat and mystery throughout. And a little bit of puzzles mixed in, as a treat. This is a heroic fantasy of unlikely heroes coming together for the good of all. So a loner rogue with a penchant for murder might not be the best fit for this campaign. We'll be using a combination of the Roll20 VTT for gameplay and Discord for audio and communication. Whether beginner or veteran, the door is wide open.
