About the adventure

The Afterlife is Closed Souls are Currency Death is not an option You live on the continent of Ageria, a citizen of Doime yet isolated from your homeland. The ever-encroaching mists constantly work to snuff out your civilization, and none have managed to breach those looming mountains to the west. Villages and smaller towns suffer the most, but from those humble origins also arise the strongest champions of survival. This place lies at the nexus between worlds, shattered mirror shards brought together by the gravity of a domineering god. Wonder fades from the world as the Fey is torn from its seat in the cosmos towards the Shadowfell, where the Lich Emperor Gravtijer reigns and covets divinity. Across the sea a civil war rages between nihilistic Things and the great Dwarven King; they cannot help us. Piece together the shards that rise from reality's glass sea and make for yourself a mirrorshield to help this failing land or a mirrorblade to annihilate its foes. Or serve your own interests-chaos is good for business!

About me

Welcome to an extraordinary gaming experience! With over a decade of expertise as a dedicated Dungeon Master/Storyteller, I prioritize helping players bring their ideas to life and fostering a tight-knit group. Immerse yourself in my meticulously crafted worlds, where every event has purpose and intrigue. Your character's agency is the fuel that propels our adventures, empowering you to shape the story and explore personal growth. I embrace homebrewing to accommodate unique character concepts, going above and beyond to make your character concept a flavorful reality and ensuring an unforgettable journey tailored just for you. The games I usually run are World of Darkness, specifically Vampire the Masquerade 20th and Mage the Ascension 20th, and D&D 5E. I am a full time game master, so even if none of my listed games pique your interest (I hope they do!) I am free and open to custom game requests. Join me for thrilling anticipation, camaraderie, and the joy of discovering what lies around the corner. Let's embark on this epic quest together!

Character creation

Creating your character

◆ We will be starting at level 1 with a bonus feat and create characters during session 0. ◆ During session 0, we will try to tie our story together and find a reason for characters to adventure as a team. ◆ Point buy, Array, or rolled (5d4 down the line). I prefer the last one, but I'm a gambler. ◆ Feats and multiclassing are allowed and encouraged. ◆ Homebrew must be run by me, and I enjoy making it myself so feel free to ask! ◆ Your character's backstory should fit handwritten on one side of a 3”x5” index card. ◆ I'm pretty fair in character creation, but if you choose to roll then you have to work with those stats. Only roll if you're hoping for emergent stories and aren't too concerned with relative balance.

The current party

New players get a guide to the custom setting and an invite to the Discord server. Pre-established groups are welcome!
