About the adventure
Attican Express is a transportation side business started by the eccentric Volus Meeve Wen as a way to spice up his business dealings. Transporting Cargo between Citadel space and the Terminus Systems can be risky business, and is not for the faint of heart. Meeve Wen is in need of a crew, and he isn't exactly picky. "Immediate openings for able bodied crew of light transport vessel. Great business opportunity with excellent compensation. Experience with transportation, piloting, or security an asset, but not required. See Meeve Wen at Attican Express" "You arrive at Pilgrim station, a decommissioned Turian Carrier retrofitted into an ersatz orbital station over the newly colonized water moon Arvuna. The corridors are well worn, the deck plating polished with age, the air humid and metallic, recycled countless breaths from the station's hard working occupants. You begin to reconsider the choices that brought you out to the edge of civilized space. Perhaps things really weren't that bad before you took the dilapidated shuttle here.... Who are you kidding? You couldn't go back even if you wanted too..." The Attican Traverse located between the lawless Terminus Systems and Citadel Council controlled space. The area contains many worlds once inhabited by the mysteriously vanished Protheans, fresh colonies on the frontier, mining outposts, orbital stations, and pirate outposts. Colonies and outposts established in the Traverse are subject to constant raids and attacks from the nearby lawless Terminus Systems, but the presence of multiple worlds both rich in resources and Prothean ruins, continues to draw colonizing, exploration, and scavenging interest. (For new and experienced 5e players. No knowledge of the M.E. universe is required. Players will run a cargo transport, crossing through the most dangerous and mysterious areas of the galaxy. Will be episodic in structure with missions taking one to three sessions. Inspired as a mashup of Futurama and Mass Effect. The ruleset we will be running is from n7.world it is a hacked version of D&D 5e)

About me
Welcome to my profile! Stay a while, read a little about me, and let's have some adventures! I have been running and playing TTRPGs since ~2017 having been drawn in by the social aspect. Spending time with friends laughing? Why not!? Some of my experience. I ran a homebrew 5th Edition D&D weekly online campaign from 2017 to 2021. I have completed a weekly Mass Effect 5E hack ling term campaign that ran almost two years. I have mostly run D&D 5E but I have DM'd Starfinder and the FreeLeague Alien RPG as well. I have started running Lancer sessions in a homebrew world! Hoping to do some WarBirds RPG in future! Hope to meet you soon!

Creating your character
Characters will start at level one, players can come with nearly complete ideas or none at all. We will walk through character creation as fast or as slow as the group needs.
Hey You there! We are still recruiting for this game! Come say hi! Weekly, long term campaign, with players encouraged to be involved with world building. Characters start at level one. Free First session! New players are welcome to join the crew! Great for forever DM's! A light hearted scifi romp that takes itself just serious enough to have some drama, danger and stakes. Some great NPC's to befriend and be enraged by! Message for more info!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Mic will be required, webcam optional. Discord for voice chat, recommended. An account on Roll20 will be needed to VTT access. A familiarity with the 5e rule system would be beneficial, and I would recommend looking over the rules at n7.world as there are some differences between it and the core system. Put some thought toward what role you would like your character to fill on the crew. Some roles will be: Security, Pilot, Engineering, Delivery technician, emergency medical care.

How Christopher B creates a safe table
The game runs with 5E Mass Effect Variant rules from www.n7.world. Gaming over Roll20 with option for game chat and off-time server for discussion on Discord. Emphasis will be on first and second tiers of play and playing towards character bonds and flaws. As a GM I am very open to player ideas and bending or making new rules for quality of life and improved gameplay. Rule of cool beats rules as written, you can always make a case for your course of action. Roleplay depth will be moderate, leaning more toward narrative and character driven than mechanical. Session Zero will have introductions, discussion of expectations, guidelines, tone, and character building and development. Check in for safety tools. Discussion on lines and veils if the group wants to discuss them together, or privately. X, N and O card will be digital. Sessions will end with a debrief and wishes and stars. I will be available between sessions for discussions through Discord.
