About me
I'm here for collaborative storytelling and world-building. I aim to create a welcoming space for players to try new things, have fun and share our enthusiasm for RPGs. From hunting vampires to becoming vampires, I'll lead your characters on a fulfilling journey and we'll spin a good yarn together. I love to introduce beginners to ttrpgs and new games. I try a lot of new games myself so I am very familiar with how it feels to learn something new. I hope I'm able to help my players delight in learning games. My background includes training people at work and writing instructions. Helping people play games is a fun way to use that skill set. I've been organizing a TTRPG meetup for 6 years focused on creating a welcoming space for marginalized gamers. I helped guide the group to be open to all genders. Running the group really helps me to see how to create a supportive environment for marginalized people and how that environment supports the larger community. The biggest game I ever ran was a 20 person West Marches campaign. That game honed my communication and organization skills and certainly helped me to negotiate tricky situations between players. Making people feel welcome and comfortable in this amazing TTRPG space is my primary goal.

Creating your character
Pregenerated characters are available in the Roll20 game. There will be time during the session to choose a character. You are free to look at the characters before the start of the game and discuss options with other players if you choose.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a mic. Camera optional. We'll use Roll20 for playbooks and rolling dice. You'll need to login to the game on Roll20 through a web browser. We'll use Discord for voice/video. You'll need a Discord account. (Zoom is an option if players prefer.) I will go over the rules at the beginning of the session but I'll provide a rules summary for those that would like to read the rules beforehand.
What al brings to the table
I'll provide the Roll20 adventure Demons in Cross End with pregenerated characters and a noir sensibility.
