About the adventure
I will teach you everything you need to know to play dnd 5e in the following steps: 1. Explanation of what dnd is, the basics of how its played and general table manners that are good to have. 2. Character creation from conceptualization to creating the character in dndbeyond, and then also leveling that character to level 3. 3. A oneshot taking your newly created characters out for a spin where you will explore the 3 pillars of play (roleplay, exploration and combat) 4. A fulfilling fight that will let you understand the basics of combat in dnd.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen in session 0 guided by the DM. Another option is to use premade character sheets for the sake of simplicity but that can be decided before the game.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a discord account, a roll20 account and a dndbeyond ready. Before the game I suggest sending me a message about any questions or concerns you might have.
What DM Dre brings to the table
I will bring a discord server, access to all my paid content in dndbeyond, digital dice rolling, and handmade maps for combat.

How DM Dre creates a safe table
Sensitive topic inclusion will be discussed with everyone in session 0 and I will ensure that everyone's wishes are all respected, for this we will use a Consent form specifically made for TTRPGs and I will always allow players to send me a private message in case something is making them uncomfortable. I will also add more safety tools in case the players request them.
