About me
Hi, I'm Zak. I got into D&D during 4th edition and have been DM'ing since day one. Over the years, I’ve run everything from one-shots to multi-year campaigns, battle royales to pirate adventures, gritty low fantasy to festive chaos. My style is rooted in collaborative storytelling: I love weaving player backstories and in-game choices into the narrative so the world feels reactive and personal. As a player, my first character was Vimak Thunderfist, and I’ve had a soft spot for barbarians ever since—they’re still my most-played class. I’ve also spent time as an ancient (and very frail) druid, a swashbuckling monk, and a wandering bard, among others. If I could only play one game for the rest of my life, it would have to be Dungeons & Dragons, nothing beats that feeling when you hear; “roll for initiative!”

Silverbridge was a great example of an RP heavy game, with loads of interesting NPCs to interact with and clues to find as we worked our way through the case. Zach was great, gently guiding us when we needed a hand, improvising when we asked questions he hadn’t expected and allowing each of our characters to shine in their own way. I’d definitely recommend if you are wanting to lean in to the role-play aspect of the game.
