About me
I have been an active dungeon master for over 20 years. I have hosted licensed D&D events at local gaming stores coast to coast. I can run any edition of the game including Pathfinder as well as the Fate system. I prefer to run for groups of 3-4 players, but I do have a long running campaign (2 years) with six core players every Sunday. I specialize in D&D 5.e rule set with a smattering of my own home brew. With the new play-test being released I'd like to use the new character creation rules and see if I can hybrid that with what I believe will make every character choice relevant, always. Characters gain 1 feat at levels 1, 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20. These feats are gained through training during down time and role playing opportunities. I know you're intrigued.

It’s because of Matt that I fell in love with being a DM. His dedication to exploring and testing the rules makes him a true guru. His dedication even led him to run an adventure that went from sundown to sunup with a rotating cast of players. As a PC it’s the only time I ever had a beholder as a friend!

Combat used to be my least favorite part of the game, but I fell in love with it the way that T.J. allows for creative solutions including role playing in every combat. Even if I couldn't always talk my way out of a situation, I could at least stay entertained when it wasn't my turn. His pacing between players is handled with expertise. I've played with T.J. for over 10 years in NYC and we miss our weekly sessions.
