About me

Hi, I’m Cory! I’ve been playing Dungeons & Dragons since 2005, starting back with 3.5 and continuing through 5e and the newer 5.5 rules. Over the years I’ve spent a lot of time on both sides of the table, as a player and as a Dungeon Master, which has helped me develop a strong appreciation for what makes a game fun, collaborative, and memorable for everyone involved. As a DM, I enjoy creating cinematic, story-driven adventures where player choices matter and character backstories become part of the world. I love building immersive settings filled with interesting NPCs, deep lore, puzzles, and challenging combat encounters. My goal is always to create a balanced experience with roleplay, exploration, and tactical combat so every player gets a chance to shine. As a player, I enjoy diving into character and working with the party to solve problems creatively. I appreciate strong storytelling, good table energy, and games where everyone contributes to the narrative together. Being both a player and a DM has taught me how important communication, collaboration, and respect are at the table. When I’m not running or playing TTRPGs, I’m usually at the gym. I like to think of it as maintaining my Wizard 9 / Fighter 5 build.
