Over the course of my DnD Journey, I've had the opportunity to experience the varied styles of over 10 different Game Masters. I can safely say that Terra is the very best of the bunch, and I would actually struggle to find even a single thing that I would want to change! She's a true all-rounder, and master of all aspects of the game. Terra is either a genius at advanced planning, or a very skilled improviser (maybe both?) as she seamlessly weaves together different encounters and plot points, despite the many unpredictable player choices we throw her way. We've always got multiple options for adventure available, and no matter what we pick, everything is already imacculately well prepared. Terra always has maps, NPC's, music, and great stories ready-to-go, and combat is always extremely well balanced and appropriate to the situation. Imaginative choices are always rewarded, which overall makes for a very fun and exciting campaign. Terra may have spoiled me for other DM's permanently, and it'll be hard for anyone else to measure up.
Eryn has the best blend of DM styles I've encountered over the years. She's not trying to "beat the players" but does make sure there are appropriate consequences for player actions, which helps make the world feel alive and keeps the stakes high. It's both a joy and a challenge to play in her world. She'll help you with your character's story, making sure you craft something that will actually have weight in game and makes every player feel like a meaningful member of the party. Taking a chance on Eryn has paid dividends for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. I hope to still be playing in her campaigns long after my current character is dead!
