About me

I like my games with a fair mixture of combat and RP. I enjoy the comedy aspect of TTRPG's in a fairly lite sense- I play goofy characters who are quite happy to get serious when the need arises.

Peter is patient, kind, and steady at the helm. He gives players space for creativity and tangents, while gently steering the group back to the story when needed. Our table is a lively bunch, but he keeps things running smoothly without pressure. A welcoming GM, especially for beginners or anyone who values a calm, inclusive game.

DVDM has great energy and is a terrific narrator, the combat was terrifying with monsters everywhere! I joined late in the campaign and he and his group were welcoming- they had clearly had a ball with the ongoing story, which DVDM had created bespoke up on the basis of the party's prior actions in the story.

Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden

Ran 83 sessions

With the exception of the very first quest not being quite clear what it's meant to achieve, the first half of this adventure is undoubtedly 5 star. Its a fantastic sand box with a great range of adventures to suit all tastes. The second half, after the players return from Auril's fortress feels disconnected from the rest of the adventures tone. That is not in anyway to take away from the actual content, this is actually still very good. It just feels very forced, anticlimactic and disjointed as presented. As a GM, I would recommend you find an excuse to run the last two chapters before you run the central chapter. If you can, this would be a five star adventure.

Having played a session with Skoom, I am excited to see where our story goes. The descriptions and mood setting were excellent, viseral and creepy which paired very nicely with the campaign (PF2E- Blood Lords).

I took part in a really fun game of Fist Full of Flowers with Cloud. Cloud gave us plenty of room and leeway to develop our characters and learn the rules (we were all kinda PF newbs) and let us start slow and then really ratcheted up the tension and excitement towards the end of the session.
