I was kicked out of a campaign after two sessions without being given a reason besides "not being a good fit", which was unfortunate because his games themselves are actual pretty good. It seems as if some players were prioritized/favored over others. There's nothing wrong with wanting a good fit, but when you're paying for the service I don't think its unreasonable to expect to be given equal treatment and consideration.
