About me

Very new to tabletop RPGs, but I’m a smart cookie who’s fully committed to the bit. My schedule is pretty full right now, but an interesting horror campaign could definitely pique my interest.

Zonez made it easy to feel comfortable jumping into his Crooked Moon campaign, even without much experience. He’s patient about explaining rules and mechanics, gives you room to figure out what you want to do, and makes trying something ridiculous feel just as valid as making the “smart” choice. The atmosphere and Foundry setup are really immersive and fit the strange, spooky world of the Crooked Moon, but the game never feels like it has to be serious all the time. There’s plenty of room for cute characters, dumb jokes, and funny moments without them feeling out of place in the horror. I’d definitely recommend his Crooked Moon campaign to anyone new to D&D who wants a welcoming game that can be spooky, weird, and really fun at the same time.

Shadowdark had a fun board game vibe to it, which made it easy to jump in and enjoy. The session was lively, a little chaotic in the best way, and kept everyone involved. Things moved at a good pace, and there was always something interesting happening. Rob did a great job rolling with the group's questionable decisions, which led to some memorable moments and kept the game fun throughout.
