Cym runs a great game and balances character RP with combat nicely. Encourages creative decision-making in battles and keeps the session running. Character creation was a breeze (well, except for my own decision paralysis!) because he made his D&D Beyond books available via his campaign. The VTT set-up was also very smooth and included music animated maps. He was also very patient with those of us who were new to a) D&D Beyond's quirks, b) actually playing a character in 5.5e, and/or c) playing a class/subclass new to us. Definitely want to end up at one of his tables again!
