I've played in a handful of campaigns/one-shots that Robbie has DM'ed, and I've always had a blast! He is really helpful and knowledgeable in explaining anything a player needs to know, whether it's a question about their character sheets or the rules of combat. He is very descriptive and creative when setting up an environment for the players, from detailed maps, to playlists that help set the mood for any scenario, to the occasional fun NPC voice! He does his best to make sure that people feel welcome and are having a good time in his games.
