About Robbie
Greetings, humans! I’ve been playing Dungeons and Dragons 5E for about five years, and I started my Dungeon Master journey just a few months after my first game. What began as a single session in our normal group soon grew into a weekly homebrewed campaign with four dedicated players that ran for two years before scheduling caught up with us. Since then, I’ve run a mix of campaigns and one-shots, always looking for new stories to tell and new ways to challenge my players. What keeps me coming back is the collaboration. The best moments often start small, then grow into something unforgettable as everyone at the table builds on them. I aim to create games where players can take risks, contribute to the world, and shape the story in meaningful ways. My style is rule of cool with a strong respect for rules as written. The rules keep things fair, but they should never get in the way of a great idea. If you bring creativity, I’ll work with you to make it shine. I don’t ban official content; it’s my job to design around it, not restrict it. You can expect a strong focus on atmosphere, especially in horror-themed games. I like to build slow-burning dread, unsettling mysteries, and moments that stick with you long after the session ends, balanced with just enough humor and levity to keep things fun. I strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative table for everyone, whether you’re brand new or a seasoned player.

How Robbie runs games
My games are built on collaboration, tension, and player creativity. I lean into roleplay and character-driven storytelling, but I also enjoy crafting meaningful, high-stakes combat where your choices matter and the outcome is never guaranteed. I run a rule of cool style backed by a strong foundation in rules as written. The system keeps things fair, but I will always work with players to bring creative ideas to life rather than shut them down. Atmosphere is at the heart of my games. Whether the story leans into gothic horror, dark fantasy, or strange folklore, I aim to create immersive worlds filled with creeping tension, memorable mysteries, emotional stakes, and the occasional bit of humor and whimsy to balance the darkness. Above all, I aim to create a table where players feel comfortable taking risks, engaging with the story, and contributing to a shared world that evolves because of them.
