Really fun one-shot, I could have easily played it for another 4 hours and still be entertained. Combat heavy, but he sprinkled in some skill check challenges and RP smoothly. He ran the session very well, and I liked how he made our actions have fun effects or consequences. He also knew his stuff pretty good rules-wise, but allowed some epic RoC from all the players.

I enjoyed the one-shot I did with him a lot. It had fun and challenging combat, a healthy ammount of role-play, and a nice engaging story. Honestly, I wanted it to last longer since the party was great. I am also in one of his campaigns, and the lore and world building there is great too. He runs his games very well with the Beyond VTT, and he has beautiful maps. One of my favorite parts are the fun and interesting NPCs he makes, whom he voices expertly.

Fun one-shot. Level 4 is a good level for these sort of quick one-off 3-4 hour sessions. I'm also a fan of the Beyond VTT since I have a lot of my books there and the integration has gotten really good with the Beyond Sheets (at least for 2024 WotC content). He ran the game well and used the VTT effectively. I also like that he is consistent with the rules, allowing leeway and RoC when it makes sense, but keeping to the spirit of RaW for the most part.

Really cool one-shot, I really like his style of DMing. He was keeping us on our toes with challenging scenarios that we had to get creative to overcome. It was fun and entertaining, and I look forward to doing another session of his West Marches campaign again in the future.

My first session was fun. I got to try out a character concept I've been tinkering with, and I think his campaign is a perfect fit. I look forward to continue the story.
