Tom is great. I had never played D&D before but this is something I’d always wanted to try. The process of building a character and joining a campaign for the first time (which can be daunting) was very newbie-friendly and Tom was patient, welcoming, and responsive and full of advice to make sure I got up to speed and hit the ground running. Tom helped me smoothly integrate into an existing campaign, and I’ve been having a blast solving mysteries and slaying mobs with my party ever since!
