Took the time to show each of us how the spells and abilities worked as they came up. Very patient with us as new players. With all of our crazy ideas (putting a mop on a characters head to disguise him) he played into it perfectly. There were several times in our curse of strahd we were all rolling laughing. Definitely, a good dm.
