Mirasi A'zuma

I've known and played under Emerald for about 13 years now - and clearly I must enjoy his DMing, or why would I still be playing? His DMing style is very much "this is your story" - the players are given the reigns and can do what they want. Very often I've felt like if we're on rails, it's because we chose to be, and have had the occasional moment where we've really tested his improv skills by going completely off rails and doing the opposite of what he expected. He is highly adaptable to player choices, and encourages creativity (within reason) and solutions to problems that go outside the box, often having multiple different ways of solving a problem that you might not even thought of. He has a very open mind with regards to homebrew content - willing to playtest and tweak rather than dismiss, and work with players to encourage them towards a build that they want rather than outright rejecting things, tweaking game balance as things become a problem.
