It is a shame that there are only three tags allowed for reviews, because Jade shines in almost every one! I have nearly 10 years Dming and playing DnD 5e and seldom play other systems, but I could not have been happier exploring a fairly unfamiliar system (Monster of the Week) with anyone else but Jade! They’re supportive, innovative, flexible and brought a levity and humor that was as freeing as it was entertaining. I learned a lot about what tabletop can be if you leave yourself open to possibility! I also had the genuine pleasure of play testing one of Jade’s custom playbooks for Monster of the week (her version of The Pest) and it was as mechanically interesting as it was lovingly crafted!! And even as a pest at the table I was met with nothing but patience and a yes-and attitude! Jade is a component and caring GM who I think even more than their mechanical TTRPG knowledge, is an expert in the practice of storytelling. And if your desire for role play is to tell a hilarious, spontaneous, and cinematic story, you’ll most certainly find that experience at Jade’s table!
