Jay makes sure that the world continues moving even if the players aren't present. The npcs continue to take action and bring the world to life. As players, we are traveling through a living world, rather than one that only moves while observed.

Definitely a more combat focused GM, so if that’s what you’re after then William is a good pick. At the same time he still encourages exploration of the environment to complete the objective.
