Macy is an amazing DM! I was new to DnD and it seemed a bit daunting to start, but Macy has been the perfect DM to get me into the game. For new players, I really appreciated how helpful she was in explaining the rules/mechanics, giving advice, and making sure that everyone has an opportunity to meaningfully participate. For any players, Macy creates a world that is intricate, exciting, funny, and interesting. She sets the mood with music and incredibly detailed visuals of places and characters. For each session, she has elaborate locations to explore, new characters that are fully fleshed out, and story arcs that are interesting but still allow for player creativity. Macy is extremely talented in this behind the scenes prep-work, but she is also a great improvisor. It is obvious that she puts a massive amount of time, thought, and heart into her work. She is always organized and prepared, and our sessions have always been fun thanks to her. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a DM!
