Three sessions in and I'm rethinking my own GMing style. Saoirse has been absolutely wonderful. The content from the AP is run masterfully, but the additional content is the highlight of the show. The various added encounters have shown a mastery of the setting (Golarion), the system (PF2e), and the campaign (Kingmaker). I would highly recommend to anyone, but may keep her GMing secret to only tell friends.
