Noctem really sets the bar high for DM/GMs. He laid out boundaries early on for what's not allowed at his tables. He made everyone feel welcomed and heard. This was only the intro to starting our campaign but I already know its going to be fantastic! The way he broke down things for newer players was simple and easy to understand.
