Jim is really outstanding at running our "table". I am now several months into a campaign with him and the variety of sessions is striking. There is a longer arc we are working against but each smaller quest is a well formed and engaging storyline. We have solid mysteries that lends to the investigation side of Call of Cthulu with just enough breadcrumbs we rarely feel stuck. I was completely new to the CoC game and Jim was great at both introducing the rules and setting expectations in the system. He's been able to easily add new players and characters into the game as needed and also does a great job adjusting as players can/can't make sessions so things remain balanced.
