Bailey

Josh is a great all round GM, He puts alot of effort into it and it shows. He preps well and does some amazing world-building but at the same time excels at improvising in the moment and incorporating PC agency/choices into the narrative. He makes an effort to use a range of different voices and accents to help aid immersion and creates a variety of impactful NPCs. Josh has a great understanding of the rules and systems in place to keep things running smoothly but isn't afraid to look things up and double check when he's not sure. He is very inclusive and respectful, allowing all players to participate and contribute. He's safety minded, using his various safety tools like checklists and safety cards to ensure the wellbeing of his players. He manages combat well, taking control of a number of different combatants and keeping track of everything including adding environmental hazards and puzzles to further complicate things but still keeps on top of it all behind the scenes.
