Taylor has been a good friend and GM for our friend group for many years. I know he really enjoys running games and making sure everyone has fun. He has always been respectful of anyone who has played with us, even when doing one shots among strangers. For the games he plays, he always learns the rules very well and follows them, allowing for deviation when it makes sense. He has always been helpful with guiding people in systems they may not be familiar with, and making sure everyone can follow. We had a short campaign years ago to get children into TTRPGs and we had a small group over the summer, and he made sure that we all could follow along and were having fun. Taylor has always been extremely respectful as well. He is extremely kind and I think carries the best spirit of the game. He does his best to make it a good time for everyone, and will even ask to make sure he understands what the player is doing, even if it is something that may lead to less desirable outcomes.
