If you are someone who enjoys a Dm that is receptive to your character's goals and ambitions, while sticking to core rules. (Aside from rare Homebrew Plot rules) I would recommend giving Rascal a chance. Even after numerous tests, this DM won't forget or falter. He's got the memory of an elephant. If only I could cast Suggestion on the DM! Plus, as someone who is used to playing online with D&D Beyond/Book restrictions, it's nice to have the freedom to use anything 5E has available.
