I'd been curious about DnD for ages, but always held back b/c the whole "roleplaying" thing felt intimidating. Enter Leland, who made my first session absolutely magical. Even before we started, Leland was amazing. He walked me through character creation with so much patience and enthusiasm that I actually felt excited instead of nervous. Once we jumped into the game, it was clear immediately how much heart Leland pours into his campaigns. His voice acting?🤌. Every npc has their own distinct personality and voice, which brought the whole world to life. What really sets Leland apart for me is his genuine welcome to newcomers and his encouragement to participate, using simple prompts that let everyone shine at the table. He champions ideas, encourages creativity, and creates a supportive atmosphere that makes you feel like you've been playing ttrpgs forever. I was having so much fun that I didn't hesitate to join a second campaign of his! If you're on the fence about trying a ttrpg, Leland is your person. He turned my hesitation into pure excitement, and I look forward to our weekly sessions! Couldn't recommend him more highly.
