I've been playing dnd with my friend since high-school. He's a very good player and knows most if not all the rules. He's grown to allow better player creativity and works with players to create custom content for their stories or backgrounds. He pours hours of his life into preparing sessions to make them as fun as they can be, keeping notes on everything and attempting to keep things grounded. That fact is often forgotten and his actions never truly appreciated. He's very fun to play with in my opinion. My only complaint is that he often forgets what word he's attempting to use, so you may have to offer word suggestions, but I find it charming. He favors communication with his players and just enjoys being around them. He's a little blunt, so he may take some getting used to, but I think it'll be worth it. Excellent DM, great at world building, player inclusion, improvisation, and either being serious or silly as needed.
