Arcky

I’ve been playing in Mikes games for about a year now, and I can confidently call him a top tier GM. He always brings such an enthusiasm to every session in a way that I can tell he’s having just as much fun as the players. Each session is meticulously crafted and curated to the group and a lot of love goes into his preparation; with handouts, tokens, maps, artwork and very well thought out plots, including interesting NPCs with unique fun voices. I love how much he fosters role play, player agency and creativity, being impressively unafraid to pivot a games trajectory in a completely different direction due to unexpected player actions or improvisation, and with his emphasis on the rule of cool, the players are definitely at the forefront in a collaborative storytelling experience. His knowledge and familiarity with each game system he runs make games run smoothly, and is very new player friendly, teaching games in an easy approachable way. I look forward to many more games with Mike!
