Had a great first experience with Scottish Sensei. Made everyone feel comfortable and provided the right level of guidance while also letting us try things. Set us up on the right foot by explaining everything in detail including the tools we would be using. Definitely don't stress about being thrown in unprepared, you'll be more than ready by the time you move on to the game play portion.
