I'm VERY new to the world of TTRPGs, and D&D more specifically. As a brand new player in my very first campaign, I can say that Jay has been nothing but amazing when it comes to being a GM. He has incredible patience with beginners when it comes to literally anything, which really puts me at ease because I feel like I have a mountain of knowledge to get through when it comes to all things D&D. His use of visual/audio aids just enhances the immersion and it's cool to see my mini. 10/10 experience so far and I look forward to many more!
