If you are looking for a fun DM who knows the rules, does excellent voice work, and ensures that players have the right balance of challenge and enjoyment... Chuck is the DM you're looking for. Whether you want a long pre-written campaign or original stories for shorter arcs or one-shot games, he can deliver. (I imagine he would be great with a long original campaign as well, I just haven't had that opportunity yet.) Most recently Chuck was my DM for 75 sessions of a Dungeons of Drakkenheim campaign, and it was a fantastic experience. He developed a mixture of absolutely hilarious NPCs who became beloved by the group while also bringing dramatic twists and turns where the dangerous stakes were raised for the group. A couple of years ago, he was also my DM for a series of around 10 original one-shot campaigns with another group of players. Some of these had connected arcs and some were played as stand-alone games. In each case, Chuck ran a good game. You can count on Chuck for putting together a game that is exciting, well paced, and a lot of fun. He is well-versed in the mechanics and handles fair arbitration of rules. Highly recommended!
