Sphinx does a lot of things extremely well - his worldbuilding is extraordinary, and you feel like you are inhabiting a vast place you could take a lifetime to explore. In our current game he is also implementing a unique and wonderful system wherein various heroes show up to join the players' guild, and these heroes participate in downtime activities with the players and are even sometimes controlled by the players in one shots. During every aspect of play, his enthusiasm and humor are infectious. Finally, Sphinx's raw Scottish accent might produce the best voice I've ever heard for medieval fantasy.
