One thing that Drew does a good job at is giving each player a chance to do what they want to do. No single player gets the entire spotlight. As someone who values being a part of an unfolding story, this made me feel not only seen but valued as a player. He also very good about being inclusive and making sure harmful rhetoric and mindsets are not welcome at the table. Drew also does a good job making himself open to feedback. At the end of every session run by him that I have played in he does a thing called "Stars and Wishes." Stars are what was done right and Wishes are things for improvement.
