Michael is top tier when it comes to finding a PBP GM. He kept me engaged throughout the entirety of our story. He allows for enough flexibility for us to do some really cool things and gives us enough options to feel like we are really in partnership of where the story goes. I've never once felt like I was being railroaded. His storytelling skills are superb. There is enough flavor text, the conversations with the NPC's are smooth, and it's easy to get immersed. The NPC's all feel varied and the connections to the story are very organic. The different settings also feel unique and have enough depth to them that you can see your characters in each location even without having a complete visual (although we do have visuals provided too!). Combat was high enough stakes that you have to make sure you think through your decisions but was balanced enough that we were able to work our way through each encounter. My particular table/team leaned into the RP aspects more than the combat aspects (which was perfect for what I was looking for.) You simply won't be able to find many GM's that can provide this level of quality and care into their craft. I can say with confidence that I'd be happy to be a player at any of Michael's tables and would recommend him without question to anyone.

Keenan does an excellent job keeping everyone informed and engaged. As someone who had never played Daggerheart, Keenan made it really accessible and easy to understand. His storytelling was smooth, and the level of complexity was perfect for a ragtag group of folks who had never played together (and who were new to the system). I really enjoyed the homebrew rulings. Keenan was great at keeping the pace going in the game. The combination of theatre of the mind and visuals worked out really well. I would definitely play at one of Keenan's tables again!
