Jon provided me with an incredibly fun and safe space to learn and craft my DnD self. I knew very little coming into my first campaign, and Jon was there at every step of the process. He sat with me during my character creation, and explained what felt like every single nuance to each class, race, and item build. For someone who was anxious about making the "perfect" character, this was fantastic for me. While he assured me that whatever I chose would be fun, he still sat through countless questions. Okay that's all great. A lot of DMs provide a really great service of knowledge and antics, but what takes Jon to the next level is the world creation, and the story telling of his campaigns. During my last campaign with him, he wrote 70+pages of adventures ranging from daily adventures to a long complex story arc that had our entire party constantly blowing up the group chat for extra sessions. I highly recommend Jon to any player of any skill level. He will take you on a lovely (and sometimes slightly gory) adventure.
