I was only 3 sessions into a Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign with Joey as my DM before I eagerly joined one of his Strahd games running at the same time. I can't recommend Joey enough - he's easily the best DM I've ever played with, and each week I look forward to both campaigns I now get to play. Joey is an outstanding DM, he's always around to help either build your character and their backstory or help give advice on a level up. The games themselves are incredibly fun, and Joey uses a huge range of great voices for all NPCs, a bunch of different songs to set the tone of each scene, he perfectly narrates any scenario (whether it be experiencing a hard hitting moment relating to your backstory or getting taunted by Strahd himself) and he always manages to expertly weave your backstory into the already set story elements of each campaign. The Pub Quiz One-Shots that he runs are amazing as well, they're very well thought out and give the perfect chance to make a couple of new friends to have some great fun for a few hours and properly nerd out about DND!! So if you're looking to have an incredible time playing some DND then join in on one of Joey's games, you won't regret it, and you'll be instantly eager to join in on some more!!
